ANY Age can Benefit From Exercise!


The idea of exercise being detrimental to youth is a myth.  Over the next couple of weeks you will see posts providing evidence and explanations as to why exercise can be so beneficial to your kids.  Everyone from 5 to 105 can benefit from CrossFit.  It is a scaleable program by nature.  Training a 5 year old and a grandparent vary only by degree of intensity, not by the movements themselves.
