Here's Danielle Practicing Here Tuck L-Sits (These are Tough!!)
11-14 Years Old:
Main WOD
5 Rounds of:
3 Turkish Get-ups
5 x 1 Arm DB Push Presses
5 x 1 Arm DB Swing
(Do Each of these with the Right Arm, Then do each with the Left Arm)
Run 1 Lap After Each arm has done the Exercises
6-9 Years Old:
Practice Tuck L-Sits, Frog Stands
Main WOD
5 rounds of:
3 Turkish Get-ups (3 each Arm)
5 PVC Push Presses
10 DB Swings
Post: 2 x 1 Lap Sprints
Teens:
Main WOD
Strength:
3-4 Sets of Bench Presses and Pull-ups
Conditioning:
5 Rounds of:
3 Turkish Get-ups
5 x 1 Arm DB Push Presses
5 x 1 Arm DB Swings
Run 1 Lap after each arm has done the above Exercises
