Warm-up: Relays, Plank/Stinkbug
Technique: Squats/Kip
Buy-In: 3 x 3 Ring Row/5 Push-ups/7 Squats
WOD: 2 x 3 minute Rounds of:
3 Modified Handstand Push-ups
5 Box Jumps
7 Barrier Jumps
Cash-Out: 5 x Skin the Cats
