Buy-In: 3 Rounds of: 5 Push-ups, 10 Squats
WOD: 4 Rounds of: 10 Broad Jumps, 10 Deadlifts, 10 Sit-ups
Cash-Out: 1 x max Straight Arm Hang, 5 Skin the Cats
