Warm-up: Obstacle Course, Jump Rope
Technique: Squats, Thruster
Buy-In: 3 Rounds of- 3 Cartwheels/5 Push-ups/7 Squats
WOD: 7 Rounds of- 20 Rope Jumps/7 Thrusters
Cash-Out: 3 x max L-Sit Holds
Game: Med Ball Box Throwing
